Perfect For everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

How It Works
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Empower your Body & Mind as you build a stronger breath, core, stamina and physique. Based on Baptiste Power Yoga students flow from pose to pose utilizing the principles of alignment, personal awareness, and breath control to reach new fitness goals. All fitness levels will benefit as your muscles’ stamina and strength increases!

All fitness levels are welcome in any class. You go at your own pace and give 100%.

My name is courtney. I teach spinning to the beat of the music!! Using Johnny G’s spinning style we include runs, climbs, and sprints to increase your heart rate and include music that keeps you pumped. Spinning classes are designed for all athletic levels. There are modifications that can be made if you have a running injury, back injury, or have never taken a spinning class before!

All fitness levels are welcome in any class. You go at your own pace and give 100%.
